Last time I was there the hours varied but they were open usually 9am to 11pm
The gelato here is not good in my opinion. The flavors do not come through and is almost tasteless. For a more creamier and flavorful gelato I recommend having some at the Venetian. Or a hotel buffet or the store...
Awesome gelato. Must try. We went every day. The snickers is the best. Get a small. The large is a ridiculous amount unless your sharing
Quite expensive but it’s Bellagio plus the gelato is unbelievable as well as coffee!I would definitely come back to try new flavors fortunately there’re plenty of choices. They also have great pastries.$5.75 single gelato (it’s quite big!)$1.50 waffle cone$5.99 double americano
A hidden gem close, that you can find on your way back from pool, or perhaps you want to take a break from gambling. This Gelato place has lot of flavors, and also has an option for quick bites if you are hungry. The coffee place is right opposite if you want to finish off with some caffeine. They are open late!
I was a bit amazed. I thought Palio would offer more options, but actually Cafe Gelato offered more food options. Cafe Gelato has a case full of pastries that are baked fresh in the hotel, sandwiches, quiche, and gelato. They had a small selection of coffee drinks, but for some reason most people were going to Palio for espresso based drinks. I had a cold brew from cafe gelato that was outstanding! Service was friendly. They will warm any pastry for you. Prices are a bit high but not surprised for being at the Bellagio in Vegas.
Excellent gelato, reasonably priced and great friendly service!
Expensive but tasty gelato. $6.48 including tax for a single scoop gelato. I purchased the hazelnut flavor which is called Nocciola. They sell many flavors of gelato and other drinks, smoothies and pastries. Good place to sit and unwind after walking around the hotel.
The food quality is below average. 1 Croissant, 1 Muffin and Cappuccino = 19$. High price that would be justified if the taste was anything close to good. Croissant is extremely dry as if baked and stored for 2 days.
Everyday while we were on our trip in Las Vegas and staying at The Bellagio Hotel we would pass on this Cafe Gelato. Trying to stay on our diet we passed it over and over again. On our last day there our will power failed and we were drawn into the Cafe Gelato just like a moth to a flame. The cafe is very well maintained, welcoming and their large selection of flavors makes a decision almost impossible.
Have very good ice cream. I prefer the mango sorbet and lemon sorbet.
The place is classy and amazing, but the ice cream was ok and high price. The pistachio ice cream was not good at all.
Best gelato in Vegas. Watermelon is my personal favorite. Must try!!
Very tasty but would not describe this as gelato! The texture and the taste are more of an ice cream than that of a traditional gelato. Taste was very good. We had the dulce de leche, cheesecake, chocolate, peanut butter, coconut, and pistachio. Pistachio is usually my go to for gelato, but this one tasted synthetic/artificial. Service was good.
Closed early on a Saturday. When they say 12 they should mean it. Also, security guard was not accommodating and closed off the section early based on the staff recommendation. Not sure if that was the truth but wouldn’t let us even check it out. I was there at 11:54 just enough time to do a quick gelato to go that I have eaten many times. Between the security guard and the staff early closure management needs to look into what is going on here. I realize MGM 2020 is “right sizing” but come on. Just stay open to time stated on your business operating hours. Not a lot to ask.
